I have been having issues with this because when I try to open the app it is black and then it shuts down.... Please help

Bought this game and havent been able to play it once because it keeps crashing right after the microsoft logo! I want my money back :(

I have an Apple 6 Plus, running iOS version 8.4 (12H143). Paid my $2.99 earlier today & downloaded this app for my daughter. She gets home from school, is all excited to play the game, taps to open the app, and gets a black screen. Theres a triangle shaped "play" button on the left, and a line where it looks like a video should load/play. But nothing plays. Nothing loads. And its not my internet access thats the problem. The app wont do ANYTHING. Tried visiting the "Developers Website", got nothing but a marketplace for XBOXs version of Kinectimals. Tried to tap the menu button, got nowhere. I would LIKE the game to work. Barring that, and SOON, Id like my $2.99 back. I tend to frown on paying for nothing.

I loved this game until now! When I downloaded it, there was no music on either of the apps!

I used to have this game then I deleted it. I got it again and now I cant start the game! It wont stop crashing!

I played the free version but I cant get the $2.99 version to work. Is there a reason for this?

I bought this app and it wont let me play Ive had it for like a week and I havent played it

I think this app is flawless except for one thing. Can you please enable iTunes file sharing? I really want to transfer my progress to my new iPod. I will rate it 5 stars if you do.

Every time I try to play this game it shows the Microsoft corporations and then its shows that its about to play a video, but the video is a black screen. I wait exactly 10 seconds and it crashes! Ive tried deleting it and re downloading it. Then Ive restarted it about a million times. I also powered of my iPad twice. NOTHING IS WORKING!!! When I pay for something I expect it to work, it frustrates me how I cant get a refund. If anyone knows how to fix please share with me thanks :)

Im 6yrs old and if you havent heard about Kinectimals, youll love it!! I love how you get report cards for your progress and how you can get new jump ropes, balls, collars and pendants.

I *just* purchased this Kinectimals by Microsoft game app for installation on my iPad Mini 2012. Yay! It runs! I was worried that it might not, so I went to ask. And, I asked three places: Frontiers in the U.K. who designed the core, Microsoft Xbox, and Apple. I was worried it wouldnt run. Anyway, I promised that I would report on the performance, and you can see that I need to give it some additional use to really tell. So, stay tuned. Oh, BTW, what I think anyone might have problems with their installation is their device and/or the apps need updating. Im a fanatic about keeping mine updated.
